Job Description
Epic Application Analyst Intermediate - Willow Inpatient focuses on healthcare IT with responsibilities in integration, support, and system alignment. Seeking innovative team members for Baptist Health.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting.
- Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes.
- Includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support.
- Participate in application deployment and procedure documentation.
- Ensure that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
- Collaborate with other applications and technical teams.
- Under supervision may act as project coordinator for medium sized projects with medium budgets that may or may not have system-wide implications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and two years’ related experience, or two years' experience as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in lieu of a degree.
- Appropriate certifications or licensures are required.
- CPhT certification required.
