Job Description
NetSuite finance systems specialist optimizing ERP processes across 15 subsidiaries. Supporting close, audits, integrations, and AI-enabled Finance automation for Sport Alliance’s fitness technology business.
Responsibilities:
- Take the Oracle NetSuite setup to best practice across 15 subsidiaries by identifying pain points, setting priorities and implementing improvements
- Build and extend NetSuite automations, including workflows, scripts, custom forms, roles, saved searches and reports
- Use LLMs such as Anthropic Claude or Gemini to build, query and document configurations
- Act as in-house consultant and implementer for Finance
- Guide accountants hands-on and run process workshops
- Deliver improvements in focused sprints
- Safeguard month-end and year-end close quality through traceable journal entries and reconciliations
- Support financial statement and system audits with evidence, auditor coordination and follow-up
- Improve and stabilise interfaces to Salesforce, Payhawk and Workday Adaptive
- Improve data handover to downstream systems
- Share solutions across the wider organisation and help shape AI use in Finance
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in ERP consultancy or implementation with a finance process focus, or in bookkeeping, audit or tax with strong ERP exposure
- Business-fluent English (C1)
- Hands-on ERP configuration experience in Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Solid grasp of month-end close and audits, with experience on at least one side
- Basic knowledge of German GAAP (HGB), Polish GAAP (UoR) or IFRS
- Technical mindset and ability or willingness to work with LLMs
- Strong communication skills to guide finance colleagues and stakeholders through change
