Job Description
Analista financeiro remoto gerenciando contas a pagar, receber e fluxo de caixa para clientes da FinDrive. Startup usa tecnologia e IA para simplificar a gestão financeira de PMEs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow
- Support the preparation of management financial reports, including income statements, cash flow reports, KPIs, and projections
- Support the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
- Reconcile bank accounts and analyze financial variances
- Monitor overdue accounts and support collection strategies
- Conduct cost, expense, and profitability analyses
- Support monthly financial closing processes
- Liaise with accounting, tax, and internal company teams
- Ensure the organization and reliability of financial information
- Suggest improvements to financial processes and internal controls
- Contribute to the development of the FinDrive product by bringing customer operations feedback to product and technology teams
- Execute end-to-end financial routines to ensure accurate and efficient administrative processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience with operational finance processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, collections, reconciliations, and cash flow
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets
- Knowledge of tax and accounting matters is a plus
- Understanding of the utility, functionality, and value propositions of financial SaaS tools available on the market
- Adaptability to change and to a fast-growing startup environment
- Teamwork and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to support multiple clients
- Strong synchronous and asynchronous communication skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and parallel workflows
- Customer-focused, with an emphasis on the experience and value delivered
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge of the startup market and ecosystem is a plus
- Previous experience working remotely is a plus
- Intermediate English proficiency is a plus
- Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and learn new things
- Daily experience using AI tools and a strong desire to leverage AI for automation and financial intelligence
