Job Description
Executive Director for Solutions Implementation at Instruction Partners driving AI-powered tools in education. Leading a team and strategic partnerships to enhance instructional outcomes nationally.
Responsibilities:
- Design and drive research architecture and rapid cycle learning systems
- Define enterprise strategy for the implementation framework
- Shape organization-wide narrative regarding effective implementation
- Lead district and product developer partnerships focused on solution implementation
- Leads and develops a team of Senior Directors/Associate Director pairs
Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in education
- Significant tenure as a senior instructional leader
- Deep expertise in designing, launching, and refining service models
- Comfort operating across the research-practice continuum
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead senior-level staff
- Exceptional skill in building high-stakes partnerships
- Advanced proficiency in translating complex insights into persuasive communication
