Job Description

Executive Fellow driving market development, pursuits, executive advisory, and delivery for ProSidian’s management and operations consulting clients. Leveraging relationships and expertise to grow strategic engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify emerging client needs, market opportunities, procurement signals, strategic initiatives, organizational challenges, and consulting requirements
  • Leverage professional relationships, market access, industry networks, and institutional knowledge to create qualified opportunities
  • Develop senior-level relationships with clients, stakeholders, partners, and industry
  • Support market-entry, account development, sector expansion, and portfolio growth strategies
  • Evaluate opportunities for strategic fit, competitive position, solution alignment, timing, economics, resources, feasibility, probability of success, and account value
  • Sponsor, lead, or support major pursuits and contribute to capture strategy, pursuit planning, executive positioning, and win themes
  • Support solution architecture, teaming, partner selection, staffing strategy, pricing inputs, and delivery-model development
  • Participate in executive client meetings, presentations, demonstrations, oral presentations, negotiations, and other pursuit activities
  • Review or contribute to proposals, technical narratives, management approaches, resumes, staffing plans, past-performance narratives, and executive summaries
  • Provide senior advisory services and translate complex issues into executive decisions and actionable recommendations
  • Advise senior client leaders on strategy, transformation, governance, risk, operations, workforce, technology, infrastructure, program execution, and organizational performance
  • Lead or support high-impact consulting engagements, strategic initiatives, programs, portfolios, or workstreams
  • Provide executive oversight for scope, schedule, risk, quality, stakeholder alignment, performance, and client outcomes
  • Identify, recruit, mentor, and connect professionals, technical experts, teaming partners, and industry specialists
  • Develop thought leadership including executive briefings, white papers, articles, analyses, presentations, workshops, training, conferences, and speaking engagements
  • Expand successful engagements into longer-term client relationships and identify follow-on projects and related service opportunities
  • Support consulting, analytical, technical, research, training, writing, facilitation, or project-support assignments

Requirements:

  • Ability to translate expertise into client solutions and measurable outcomes
  • Typically 15+ years of progressively responsible professional experience
  • Significant experience in executive leadership, government, military service, industry, management consulting, technical leadership, professional services, entrepreneurship, or related fields
  • Demonstrated history of leading organizations, programs, initiatives, portfolios, markets, accounts, transformations, or complex client relationships
  • Significant experience working with senior executives, government officials, client leaders, boards, industry stakeholders, or other senior decision-makers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, advise, negotiate, and build consensus across organizational boundaries
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is generally expected
  • Advanced degrees, professional certifications, licensure, technical credentials, or security clearances may be required or preferred depending on the engagement
  • Compliance with applicable outside-employment restrictions, conflicts-of-interest requirements, confidentiality obligations, professional standards, security requirements, client requirements, licensing requirements, and other contractual or legal obligations
