Job Description
Executive Manager leading CommBank’s Southwest WA business and agribusiness banking team. Driving regional growth, customer relationships, and tailored financial solutions across the market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team
- Identify customer opportunities and deliver tailored financial solutions
- Drive strategic growth using market insights and commercial acumen
- Coach, mentor, and develop team capability
- Represent CommBank as a regional ambassador
- Build relationships with clients and the broader business community
- Travel regularly across the Southwest
- Structure and negotiate sophisticated business solutions
- Cultivate new relationships and build local capability
- Establish foundations for long-term regional success
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in business, commercial or agribusiness banking
- Deep knowledge of the market and industry
- Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- Strong credit and risk expertise
- Strong commercial mindset
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and customer-first approach
- Track record of driving business growth and delivering strong results
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly across the region
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
