Job Description
Project Manager (Virtual Assistant) handling client projects for a fully remote executive assistant service. Leading teams and ensuring successful project delivery while working remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Serve as clients' primary point of contact, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Oversee administrative tasks related to project management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing documentation, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
- Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of proven experience as a Project Manager -Virtual Assistant or relevant role, working remotely and managing multiple international clients.
- Bachelor's Degree and experience working remotely preferred
- Familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent computer skills including comfort working with MS Office, Excel - Vlookup, and G Suite applications.
- Detail-oriented and outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar), Experienced in Canva.
- Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
