Job Description

Inventory Control Planner strengthening inventory accuracy and system integrity for NVIDIA's Contract Manufacturers. Driving compliance and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Own end‑to‑end inventory accuracy for consigned materials, SFG, FG, and bone‑pile inventory across assigned CMs, ensuring compliance with NVIDIA policies, audits, and SOX requirements.
  • Lead regular book‑to‑book (B2B) reconciliation between NVIDIA SAP and CM ERP systems, driving root‑cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for inventory variances.
  • Act as the primary owner of EDI/B2B interfaces, monitoring GR/GI, consumption, and adjustment transactions, and resolving data mismatches related to timing, execution, or master data issues.
  • Partner with IT, CEM, and internal stakeholders to stabilize, standardize, and continuously improve B2B data flows and system integration.
  • Own bone‑pile governance, including tracking, aging, reconciliation, disposition, and system cleanup, while reducing ADSI and financial write‑off risk through proactive execution.
  • Serve as SAP key user for inventory processes, supporting goods receipt, issue, transfers, adjustments, UAT, system enhancements, and training for internal users and CM partners.
  • Drive digitalization and AI‑enabled analytics (dashboards, RPA, exception detection, reconciliation automation) to improve inventory accuracy, B2B health, and operational efficiency.
  • Proactively identify inventory and execution risks impacting production, OTD, and financial exposure, and lead continuous improvement initiatives supported by clear KPIs and metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of experience in inventory control, supply chain operations, or factory planning.
  • Strong hands‑on experience as a SAP inventory key user.
  • Solid understanding of book‑to‑book reconciliation and EDI (B2B) processes with CMs.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers in electronics manufacturing.
  • Experience leveraging data, automation, or emerging digital tools (including AI‑enabled solutions) to improve work efficiency, accuracy, or decision‑making.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly with global teams.
