Job Description

Supply Chain Manager overseeing and optimizing e-commerce operations across Europe. Managing supply chain lifecycle from forecasting to fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full supply chain lifecycle, from forecasting and purchasing to fulfillment and delivery
  • Build and improve inventory planning and demand forecasting processes
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and 3PL partners
  • Coordinate production timelines, shipping schedules, and inventory movement
  • Support operational planning for European expansion, including international logistics and regional operational needs
  • Monitor purchasing, inventory performance, and cash flow
  • Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational reporting processes
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the business

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a DTC or e-commerce brand
  • Strong experience with inventory forecasting, purchasing, and supplier management
  • Familiarity with Shopify and 3PL ecosystems
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturers and international logistics
  • Understanding of multi-market operations and cross-border supply chain complexity, particularly within Europe
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
