Job Description
Supply Chain Manager overseeing and optimizing e-commerce operations across Europe. Managing supply chain lifecycle from forecasting to fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full supply chain lifecycle, from forecasting and purchasing to fulfillment and delivery
- Build and improve inventory planning and demand forecasting processes
- Manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers, and 3PL partners
- Coordinate production timelines, shipping schedules, and inventory movement
- Support operational planning for European expansion, including international logistics and regional operational needs
- Monitor purchasing, inventory performance, and cash flow
- Build scalable systems, SOPs, and operational reporting processes
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the business
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a DTC or e-commerce brand
- Strong experience with inventory forecasting, purchasing, and supplier management
- Familiarity with Shopify and 3PL ecosystems
- Experience working with overseas manufacturers and international logistics
- Understanding of multi-market operations and cross-border supply chain complexity, particularly within Europe
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
