Job Description

Operations & Logistics Coordinator managing day-to-day operations from order to delivery at ZigZag. Focusing on logistics, invoicing, and customer communication with a premium brand.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Management: Process all confirmed orders accurately and without delay
  • Logistics & Freight: Manage all freight bookings, courier coordination, and delivery scheduling
  • Invoicing & Administration: Issue invoices promptly upon order confirmation or agreed milestones
  • Customer Communications: Handle all inbound customer queries professionally and promptly
  • Supplier & Vendor Coordination: Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers
  • General Operations: Identify inefficiencies and fix them without being told

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years in an operations, logistics coordination, or similar role
  • Demonstrated experience managing freight and order fulfilment — not just administrative support
  • Experience with invoicing and basic financial administration
  • Exceptional written English — your customer communications represent a premium brand
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, project management tools, and comfort learning new systems quickly
  • Available and responsive during Australian business hours — this is non-negotiable
