Job Description
Analyst in Supply Chain Analytics at Crocs supporting data analysis and reporting efforts. Collaborate with teams to enhance visibility and performance across Crocs’ global supply chain.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to support business decisions
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel
- Assist in identifying trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities across supply chain functions
- Collaborate with team members to understand data needs and deliver accurate, timely insights
- Document data sources, definitions, and processes to ensure consistency and transparency
- Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests from stakeholders
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a data or analytics role, preferably in supply chain or operations
- Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Looker
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
