Job Description
Fieldwork Coordinator seeking to match evaluators with projects for mystery shopping in Nordic countries. Flexible freelance role managing shop schedules and results reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Find and match the right people to the right projects
- Ensure completion of shop visits and monitor rates
- Recruit new evaluators for ongoing projects
- Schedule mystery shopping visits according to project guidelines
- Assist in project completion and budget adherence
- Perform mystery shop visits as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language (Swedish or Danish)
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage and organize tasks independently
- Result oriented and responsible
