Job Description
Fieldwork Coordinator for Bare International managing mystery shop projects in Spain. Responsible for recruiting evaluators and ensuring timely completion of assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Find and match the right people to projects
- Ensure completion of mystery shop visits
- Active recruiting of new evaluators
- Monitoring completion rates and reporting scheduling issues
- Participating in project briefings
- Scheduling evaluators for mystery shop visits
- Performing own mystery shop visits
- Assisting in ensuring project completion within budget
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage and organize tasks independently
