Job Description
Finance Lead establishing finance organization at Coral AI. Overseeing accounting, budgeting, and financial planning to support growth from seed to Series A.
Responsibilities:
- Own all accounting: PnL, BS, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, revenue ops, month-end close
- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis
- Manage cap table, equity compensation, and investor reporting
- Support our Series A fundraising process
- Build financial models and forecasts as we expand into new healthcare verticals
- Eventually hire and build your team as we scale
Requirements:
- 5-8 years finance experience with at least 2-3 years in US SaaS companies
- Built a finance function at a startup (you've done the 0→1 journey)
- Hands-on accounting skills but strategic mindset - can close books and build Board decks
- Strong financial modelling for SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, CAC, LTV)
- US GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition experience required
- Comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hats
