Job Description
Investor relations and strategic finance manager supporting Zscaler’s cloud security business. Leading earnings processes, valuation analysis, Investor Day, and strategic finance initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the quarterly earnings process, including preparation of earnings press releases, call scripts, financial outlooks, Q&A documents, and accompanying work
- Perform financial, strategic, and competitive analyses, including industry and peer benchmarking, market/valuation trends, and ad-hoc projects
- Build models and leverage data analysis to understand complex relationships, identify key trends, and gain insight into critical metrics, drivers, and scalability
- Collaborate on execution of the annual Investor Day and investor sessions at customer conferences
- Support corporate development and strategic finance initiatives, including M&A due diligence and long-range planning
- Report to the Senior Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience combining Investment Banking or Sell-Side Research with in-house Investor Relations at a high-growth, public SaaS or enterprise software company
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
- Strong interest in equity market operations and stock drivers
- Strong financial modeling skills and advanced valuation depth
- Ability to discuss valuation frameworks for M&A and due diligence
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies
- Experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity architectures, cloud infrastructure, and subscription-based financial models
- Foundational to advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven product pipelines
- Experience utilizing modern analytics tools to optimize IR workflows
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is preferred
