Job Description
Senior Workday Financials Analyst optimizing financial operations for a global tech firm. Providing configuration support and strategic solutions to enhance financial processes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on configuration and robust support across multiple Workday Financials modules.
- Balance day-to-day production support with long-term project-based enhancements.
- Act as a technical consultant to core Finance and Accounting teams.
- Independently manage and prioritize a backlog of initiatives.
- Leverage Workday reporting to extract and provide critical data-driven insights.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workday Financials.
- Strong proven knowledge across multiple Financials domains, specifically Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets.
- Demonstrated experience successfully balancing real-time production support with long-term project-based workflows.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in Agile teams and fully remote, distributed environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
