Job Description
FP&A Analyst managing financial planning and analysis for Broadvoice's revenue operations. Collaborating with leadership for effective decision-making and business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic financial partner to Revenue operations and other business leaders.
- Support in development and management of the company’s annual budget and quarterly forecast process.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain deviations against budgets, forecasts and prior periods.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of budget inputs with company strategy.
- Support month-end close by reviewing results, identifying unusual trends, communicating and resolving issues.
- Track, analyze, and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs) with emphasis on SaaS metrics.
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of FP&A experience, in a SaaS technology company.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA, CPA, or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and business planning expertise, with a proven ability to translate insights into action.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a global environment.
- Systems expertise—knowledge of ERP tools (e.g., NetSuite) and revenue reporting systems (e.g., Rev.Io).
- Data-driven mindset; knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages is a plus.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) strongly preferred.
