Job Description
Franchise Fitness Consultant guiding fitness execution and business performance across Orangetheory studios in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, and Michigan. Coaching franchisees and leaders while traveling throughout the territory.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure consistent, high-quality workout delivery and member experience across the network
- Coach franchisees, head coaches, and studio leaders on fitness behaviors that drive retention, utilization, and operational best practices, including scheduling optimization
- Elevate coaching quality tied directly to business outcomes through workshops, trainings, and consultations
- Facilitate OTFit certifications, OTFit Facilitator, and continuing education programs
- Guide studios through national fitness initiatives and system-wide rollouts
- Analyze KPIs linking coaching quality to studio performance, such as new member acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with Learning & Development and Fitness teams to address performance gaps, opportunities, and operational needs for franchisees
- Review studio compliance, network certification, and brand experience requirements
- Support approximately 100–150 studios and 25–50 franchisees
- Partner closely with a Franchise Business Consultant and support complete territory ownership if required
- Travel up to 65% within the territory to visit franchise studios, deliver trainings, and support fitness initiatives
- Work from a remote home office when not traveling
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Orangetheory Fitness studio experience
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (ACE GFI, NASM PT, ACSM PT, NSCA, NCSF)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a fitness support role
- Relevant fields include Sports Management, Health & Wellness, or related discipline
- Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
- Strong analytical and business acumen preferred
- Experience collaborating with corporate Learning & Development or Fitness teams preferred
