Job Description
Fraud Manager at Addi responsible for leading fraud strategy and analytics team to protect profitability. Tackling complex fraud patterns and optimizing operations to enhance customer trust.
Responsibilities:
- Protect Addi’s profitability by leading the fraud strategy
- Reduce Fraud Loss Rate through SQL analysis
- Optimize False Positive Ratios
- Establish a High-Performance Fraud Analytics Pod
- Build a Real-Time Fraud Reporting Ecosystem
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in high-impact analytical roles
- Proven track record of thriving under the pressure of "active attacks"
- Demonstrated history of deconstructing "attacks" or "losses" into root causes through quantitative analysis
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear analytical frameworks
