Job Description
Service Manager in Exposure Intelligence managing vulnerability and risk assessment at Allstate. Leading teams and driving strategic cybersecurity initiatives with a focus on risk management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Exposure Intelligence service, including attack surface mapping and exposure prioritization
- Drive transition from vulnerability-based reporting to risk-based exposure intelligence
- Partner with technology and security teams to align on asset context and business risk
- Establish SME-aligned coverage across security domains (cloud, network, application, identity)
- Deliver actionable intelligence to drive remediation and executive decision-making
- Define KPIs and metrics aligned to exposure reduction outcomes
Requirements:
- 7+ years in cybersecurity, with focus on vulnerability management, threat intelligence, or exposure management
- Experience leading teams or programs in a service-oriented model
- Strong understanding of attack surface management and modern threat landscape
- Ability to translate technical findings into business risk
