Job Description

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a professional writer, journalist, or content creator.
- Strong portfolio of published feature articles or long-form editorial content.
- Demonstrated knowledge of military, defense, veteran, or national security topics.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to generate story ideas independently and execute them efficiently.
- Excellent research and interviewing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to factual accuracy.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Military service experience (strong asset) or extensive experience covering military-related topics (preferred).
