Job Description
Full Stack Developer working on workflow automation platform for Arbor, focusing on React and Node. Join us in transforming school management with scalable SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver scalable features across the stack
- Own code from development through to deployment
- Continuously improve system performance and reliability
- Work across a Node-based stack on both front and back end projects
- Participate in Agile environment, involved in full lifecycle from architecture decisions to deployment and optimisation
Requirements:
- Contribute to design, architecture, and technical decision-making
- Build and maintain features across both front end (React) and back end (Node)
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Analyse existing systems and implement improvements
- Own the full development lifecycle from design through to release
- Test, deploy, and monitor your own code to ensure high-quality releases
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the platform
- Recommend and implement improvements to performance, scalability, and reliability
