Job Description

Full Stack Engineer building Ruby on Rails and Angular applications for BizzyCar’s automotive recall SaaS platform. Owning scalable features, platform services, architecture, and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize mobile and data-driven applications
  • Develop full-stack features using Ruby on Rails APIs/services on the back end and Angular 20 on the front end
  • Work across Recall, Conquest/PV, AI, Service Engine, and other initiatives as priorities shift
  • Build and maintain core platform services used by Mobile, AI, and Data teams
  • Diagnose and fix issues across the full stack, tracing bugs from UI to API to data
  • Set technical direction as a senior individual contributor and provide architecture input
  • Manage development priorities and help ensure products are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to code review and testing standards
  • Translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
  • Ramp up across multiple product domains
  • Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails
  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular v17+, ideally Angular 20
  • Comfortable working across the full stack and multiple product areas
  • Track record of owning features end-to-end, from specification through production
  • Ability to operate autonomously amid ambiguity
  • Bonus: experience with fleet/scheduling systems, automotive SaaS, or B2B dealer-facing tools
  • Nice to have: experience with CI tooling such as Semaphore or GitHub Actions
  • Nice to have: exposure to AI-assisted development workflows such as Cursor or CodeRabbit
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States
