Job Description
Senior ServiceNow Developer designing scalable workflows, integrations, and Now Assist AI tools for Iron Mountain’s information management and data services. Strengthening platform governance and enterprise automation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain custom applications, complex workflows, catalog items, and system integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and refine AI skills, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows using Now Assist to increase automation and streamline business processes.
- Manage cross-platform impacts of requested changes, enforce quality standards, and oversee regular ServiceNow version upgrades for vendor compliance.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects and business stakeholders to turn complex requirements into functional Agile deliverables.
- Strengthen platform governance and improve the day-to-day operations of internal teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow API web services, and core modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HAM, SAM, CSM, or SPO.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles.
- Track record of mentoring developers within an Agile framework.
