Job Description

Global Key Account Programme Manager advancing client growth initiatives at Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm. Managing account plans, CRM data, reporting, and cross-regional business development projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects supporting and advancing the Dentons Global Key Account Program.
  • Document key outcomes, decisions, and action items from Global Key Account meetings.
  • Maintain client information, reports, account plans, and client portal content.
  • Engage internal stakeholders and provide insights to drive key client relationship objectives.
  • Participate in Global Key Account meetings and strategy discussions.
  • Update account plans with new developments, insights, and changes.
  • Coordinate follow-up activities with internal teams to execute agreed action steps.
  • Partner with CRM managers to maintain accurate client data and contact records.
  • Support regional client and market leaders and attorneys with client development initiatives and events.
  • Respond to attorney and internal stakeholder requests in a professional, timely, client-focused manner.
  • Lead monthly reporting for the Global Key Account Program, highlighting performance, insights, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate on tailored business development initiatives supporting growth across key accounts.
  • Coordinate with peers and share project completion responsibilities across the GKA program.
  • Contribute to a proactive, collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of previous experience in a law firm or professional services business development or marketing role
  • Law firm experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, or comparable tools
  • Exceptional communication skills, including preparing and presenting to firm leadership
  • Excellent proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Copilot (or similar), and AI tools for project management and workflow
  • Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, sales, or organizational development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Highly organized, proactive, and relationship-focused
  • Natural problem solver and self-starter who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and follows through on commitments
