Job Description
Global Recruiter supporting recruitment for prestigious pharmaceutical companies in a 100% remote position. Managing full recruitment cycle and sourcing candidates across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and be able to adapt the recruitment workflow depending on the requirements we get from our clients.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms, professional networks, job boards)
- Conduct phone and video interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and providing feedback into the system.
- Register, apply and score the online tests according to the position we are trying to cover.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Be international: your focus will be to manage the open positions we have in different regions.
Requirements:
- Between 1-3 years of experience in the full recruitment cycle, working as Recruiter / Talent Acquisition.
- Familiarity with social media, job boards and professional networks.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required; another language will be an asset.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Relevant Education in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, Administration or related field.
- Experience recruiting the following profiles: Commercial Agents, Customer Support Representatives, Project Managers, Health Care Professionals, IT Professionals.
- International recruiting experience.
