Job Description
Recruiting specialist for clinical research, engaging participants with quality, professional, and empathetic services. Involves telephone pre-screening and recruitment strategy development.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit participants while providing high-quality, professional, and empathetic service
- Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls from potential participants
- Conduct telephone pre-screening of participants and schedule appointments
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Participate in recruitment activities (fairs, booths, phone campaigns, inquiries, presentations)
Requirements:
- Vocational or college diploma; member of OIIAQ or OIIQ
- Experience in cardiology/pulmonology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
- Strong customer service skills
- Organized, able to manage priorities, and capable of working under pressure
- Resourceful, autonomous, and proactive
- Comfortable working with multiple applications and computer systems
