Job Description

Recruiting specialist for clinical research, engaging participants with quality, professional, and empathetic services. Involves telephone pre-screening and recruitment strategy development.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit participants while providing high-quality, professional, and empathetic service
  • Make outbound calls and answer incoming calls from potential participants
  • Conduct telephone pre-screening of participants and schedule appointments
  • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Participate in recruitment activities (fairs, booths, phone campaigns, inquiries, presentations)

Requirements:

  • Vocational or college diploma; member of OIIAQ or OIIQ
  • Experience in cardiology/pulmonology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organized, able to manage priorities, and capable of working under pressure
  • Resourceful, autonomous, and proactive
  • Comfortable working with multiple applications and computer systems
