Job Description
International Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kreato Global leading multilingual recruitment initiatives across Asia. Focusing on sourcing and hiring native-speaking professionals for remote positions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multilingual professionals.
- Source native-speaking candidates across Asia and other international markets.
- Conduct structured interviews in English.
- Screen language professionals for communication skills, professionalism, and technical readiness.
- Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and recruitment metrics.
- Recommend and implement innovative sourcing strategies.
- Build relationships with universities, professional associations, and language communities throughout Asia.
- Support employer branding initiatives.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international recruitment.
- Demonstrated success recruiting candidates throughout Asia.
- Candidates must demonstrate an existing recruitment network or proven sourcing experience within one or more Asian markets, such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand or South Korea.
- Experience sourcing multilingual professionals for remote positions.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher) is required.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Preferred Spanish language skills (nice to have, but not required).
- Experience hiring interpreters or multilingual professionals.
- Previous recruitment experience within the Language Services, Interpretation, Translation, BPO, Contact Center, or Customer Support industries.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, platforms, and sourcing strategies commonly used throughout Asia.
