Job Description

Graphic Designer für Maniko Nails’ selbstklebende Nagellack-Produkte. Entwicklung markenkonsistenter Creatives für Social Media, CRM, Packaging, Retail und Print.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently develop creative assets across digital channels, social media, CRM, e-commerce, retail, and print
  • Support the design team in developing creative assets for various channels and touchpoints
  • Adapt campaign concepts and key visuals into different formats
  • Independently create and review production-ready print files for packaging and displays
  • Create visually compelling, brand-consistent layouts, graphics, and product-focused assets
  • Confidently position claims on packaging, displays, and creative assets
  • Prepare production-ready files for digital and print applications
  • Maintain and further develop design templates and brand guidelines
  • Handle daily design requests with consistency and attention to detail
  • Research visual trends and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns and content
  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Brand, Social Media, and Marketing teams

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in graphic or communication design
  • Proven ability to independently and routinely create and review production-ready print files for packaging and displays (an absolute must)
  • Strong portfolio with a keen eye for typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Understanding of fundamental print and digital design requirements
  • Ability to apply an existing brand identity consistently across various formats
  • Professional proficiency in German and English
  • High standards of quality and a strong attention to detail
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and openness to constructive feedback
  • Reliability, organization, and the ability to manage multiple smaller tasks simultaneously
  • Collaborative working style in a fast-paced team environment
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
  • Passion for design, brands, and visual storytelling
  • Ideally, initial professional experience through internships, freelance projects, or a junior role
  • Ideally, basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or other motion design tools
  • Ideally, experience with Figma
  • Ideally, experience designing for social media, CRM, or e-commerce
  • Ideally, a basic understanding of print production and packaging design
  • Ideally, knowledge of AI-powered design tools
  • Ideally, an interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and contemporary visual culture
  • Ideally, a good understanding of current social media and design trends
  • Ideally, confidence in contributing ideas and asking questions
  • Ideally, flexibility and a hands-on mentality
