Job Description
Group Head of Alliances responsible for strategic development and management of partner ecosystem at SITS Group. Focusing on cybersecurity partnerships and revenue growth with international teams.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic development, enhancement and management of an international partner ecosystem with Tier-1 go-to-market (GTM) partners, system integrators and distributors
- Development of joint business plans, definition of clear revenue targets and enablement of partner, sales and business development teams for successful market execution
- Positioning international practices as high-quality delivery partners for integrators and consulting firms, and building reliable subcontracting structures to scale services
- Establishment of governance, SLA and quality frameworks to ensure high-quality service delivery by external partners
- Direct reporting line to the CRO and the international Executive Board
- Carrying both an international role and responsibility, and acting as the strategic representative for SITS in Switzerland, as a member of senior leadership and a thought leader in Swiss business networks
- Close alignment of group-wide alliance strategies with practice-specific vendor activities, and collaboration with business unit leaders, partner managers and vendor representatives
- Leadership, development and management of a small international team, and building a partner dashboard to measure revenue, pipeline, KPIs and delivery quality
Requirements:
- Proven track record in alliance management, channel sales or business development, preferably in professional services or B2B enterprise software
- Strong expertise in cybersecurity and/or secure IT services combined with high credibility as a market thought leader
- Experience managing commercial go-to-market channels and complex service delivery networks, including subcontracting and joint delivery, with willingness to travel internationally
- Confident presence at executive level and experience leading, developing and scaling international, cross-border commercial teams
- Strong ability to collaborate with decentralized business units, local partner managers and independent leaders within a matrix organization
- Business-fluent German and English and solid experience in an international business environment
