Job Description
Group Product Manager leading Klaxoon whiteboarding and AI strategy at Wrike, a work management platform. Driving adoption, product convergence, and Product Manager development across Wrike and Klaxoon.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the Klaxoon strategy, including vision, priorities, and roadmap for the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence
- Raise the Klaxoon product experience to drive whiteboard adoption among Wrike customers and identify high-value vertical use cases
- Build processes, tooling, and mindsets for AI-native R&D, including identifying agentic workflows
- Coach, mentor, hire, develop, and manage the performance of Product Managers
- Shape the future of Klaxoon as a world-class whiteboarding and visual collaboration experience inside Wrike
- Balance adoption, AI, vertical strategy, customer retention, product convergence, and innovation
- Strengthen the link between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery
- Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs
- Ability to make strategic trade-offs across customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term direction
- Ability to align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership stakeholders
- Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of product managers
- Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and differentiated AI use cases in visual collaboration
- Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools
- Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products
- Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development
