Job Description

Group Product Manager leading Klaxoon’s whiteboarding and visual collaboration strategy at Wrike, a work-management platform. Driving AI-native product development, adoption, product convergence, and Product Manager growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the vision, priorities, and roadmap for Klaxoon across the core whiteboard experience, AI strategy, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence.
  • Raise the Klaxoon product experience to drive adoption among Wrike customers and identify high-value vertical use cases.
  • Build processes, tooling, and mindsets that enable the R&D organization to work AI-natively.
  • Identify where agentic workflows can change how the team operates and scales output.
  • Coach, mentor, and grow Product Managers from feature ownership toward strategic product leadership.
  • Build a shared product culture across Wrike and Klaxoon.
  • Balance adoption, AI, vertical strategy, customer retention, product convergence, innovation, customer needs, and business requirements.
  • Strengthen integration between Wrike and Klaxoon teams, products, and cultures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading product managers or managing a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and product delivery
  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs
  • Ability to make hard trade-offs across investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term strategic direction
  • Ability to align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and executive leadership stakeholders
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, developing, and managing performance of Product Managers
  • Practical understanding of AI-native product strategy and ability to identify differentiated AI use cases in visual collaboration
  • Ability to balance product power, simplicity, adoption, and customer experience in collaborative tools
  • Experience in visual collaboration, whiteboarding, CWM, work management, or team collaboration products
  • Practical understanding of agentic workflows and AI-native product development
  • Proficiency in French is a strong plus
