Job Description
Cutover Manager conduzindo transições de HCM em projetos globais para a EVT, empresa brasileira de soluções corporativas de TI. Coordenando cutover, go-live, riscos e stakeholders internacionais.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Cutover activities
- Ensure a secure and controlled transition to the new environment
- Work on an international HR/HCM transformation project
- Coordinate activities involving multiple countries, teams, and stakeholders
- Manage plans, dependencies, risks, and critical activities
- Support complex global implementations
- Lead Cutover and Go-Live activities
Requirements:
- Experience as a Cutover, Deployment, Program, or Project Manager on complex, global projects
- Experience in HR/HCM/HRIS transformation, with involvement in Cutover and Go-Live activities
- Experience working across multiple countries with international teams and stakeholders
- Strong ability to manage plans, dependencies, risks, and critical activities
- Advanced/fluent English
- Availability to work aligned with the Netherlands time zone (CET/CEST)
- Preferred: Experience with Workday HCM and global implementations
- Preferred: Experience with data migration, integrations, payroll, and deployment waves
- Preferred: Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
- Sense of urgency and strong prioritization skills
