Job Description
Marketing leader responsible for enterprise customer acquisition strategies at Schema App. Leading brand messaging and thought leadership in the marketing technology sector with a focus on growth.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute an enterprise acquisition strategy focused on ideal customer profile (ICP) accounts
- Continuously test and measure new marketing approaches to refine and scale the playbook
- Own Schema App’s brand positioning and value proposition
- Develop and execute a thought leadership strategy that increases Schema App’s credibility
- Lead customer and prospect events that drive engagement, expansion, and new pipeline opportunities
- Build, lead, and sustain an A-player marketing team
- Act as an effective member of the leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
- Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise marketing strategies
- Proven experience in developing and executing acquisition strategies
- Exceptional communication and brand messaging skills
- Excellent team leadership and coaching abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and engage with senior stakeholders
