Job Description
Marketing Director driving B2B demand generation programs and sales collaboration in a fast-growing software company. Owning marketing strategies in a department-of-one role.
Responsibilities:
- Build top-of-funnel demand generation programs
- Own messaging, positioning, and brand story
- Partner tightly with sales on pipeline growth
- Define MQLs and funnel reporting in HubSpot
- Manage outsourced marketing partners and output
- Recommend campaigns, events, and budget priorities
- Turn broad goals into clear weekly execution
Requirements:
- 6+ years in B2B marketing
- Strong demand gen experience tied to pipeline
- Strong HubSpot experience
- Experience working closely with sales teams
- Comfortable as a department-of-one
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills
