Job Description

Head of Marketing responsible for developing UK marketing strategies for a mission-driven SaaS company. Leading campaigns from strategy to execution in the sports sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Own Abler's UK marketing strategy, OKRs, budget allocation, and lead generation targets
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns end-to-end, optimise nurture sequences
  • Define the content strategy and oversee website development
  • Lead marketing-sales alignment and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product
  • Manage external agency partners and collaborate to build partnerships

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or a related tech environment
  • A genuine knowledge of and passion for sport and community impact
  • Strong experience working in and managing CRM systems
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Experience managing agency or outsource partners
  • Experience running paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) and knowledge of SEO
  • A data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into action
  • Based in the UK with the right to work
