Job Description
Head of Marketing Operations leading a team to enhance operational effectiveness at Stripe. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a critical team to help power Stripe's growth
- Set the direction of marketing operations
- Solve time-sensitive and complex operational problems
- Develop managers and individual contributors
- Partner with peers in Marketing, Sales Development, Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science
- Responsible for a global marketing operations team of 15-20 and 25-30 production specialists
- Drive excellence in operations and systems that support marketing
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or revenue operations
- 5+ years of direct people management experience
- 3+ years in a global B2B company
- Ability to design and scale operations organizations
- Experience leading programs across multiple functional areas
- Track record of driving measurable improvements in B2B marketing operations
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to build working prototypes and demos with AI
- Prior responsibility for launching AI solutions to sales teams
