Job Description

Head of Marketing Operations leading a team to enhance operational effectiveness at Stripe. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a critical team to help power Stripe's growth
  • Set the direction of marketing operations
  • Solve time-sensitive and complex operational problems
  • Develop managers and individual contributors
  • Partner with peers in Marketing, Sales Development, Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science
  • Responsible for a global marketing operations team of 15-20 and 25-30 production specialists
  • Drive excellence in operations and systems that support marketing

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing or revenue operations
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience
  • 3+ years in a global B2B company
  • Ability to design and scale operations organizations
  • Experience leading programs across multiple functional areas
  • Track record of driving measurable improvements in B2B marketing operations
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to build working prototypes and demos with AI
  • Prior responsibility for launching AI solutions to sales teams
