Job Description
Head of Marketing building Feldera’s demand generation and go-to-market function. Connecting its real-time data platform with technical buyers and measurable enterprise growth.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the CEO
- Set marketing strategy and direct a small team of 2-5
- Own go-to-market strategy and demand generation campaigns
- Find, engage, and convert technical buyers into predictable pipeline
- Own company-level positioning, narrative, events, speaking, and community
- Build, hire, and lead a small team while personally driving high-leverage work
- Drive demo requests, pipeline coverage, deal velocity, and conversion
- Drive the product marketing function and connect product launches to demand
- Partner with founders, engineering, sales, and vendors to align marketing with revenue
- Use modern AI tooling to improve team effectiveness
Requirements:
- 6-12+ years in B2B marketing
- Experience managing 2-5 people
- Significant experience in demand generation or growth marketing
- Experience owning at least one adjacent marketing function: product marketing, brand, or events
- Strategic leadership and hands-on execution ability
- Strong storytelling skills and a track record of campaigns tied to clear business impact
- Significant experience marketing to highly technical buyers, especially in core data infrastructure
- Fluency with marketing automation and current AI tools
- Resourceful, proactive, high-ownership approach suited to early-stage startups
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Unable to require employment visa sponsorship
