Job Description
Pfizer Health Representative promoting ethical medicines to specialists across Philippine territories. Driving sales, CME programs, KOL relationships, and territory planning.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and create demand among identified specialists for ethical products in assigned territories to achieve sales and market share objectives
- Deliver promotional science-based product messages to support HCPs in meeting patient needs
- Formulate strategies to achieve sales and market share objectives
- Lead planning and implementation of CME activities, including RTDs, webinars, symposia, and product presentations
- Develop and maintain target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders
- Develop and update the Territory Master Work Plan for planning medical doctor calls and program implementation
- Develop territory-based programs to improve understanding of assigned products
- Monitor sales, product movements, and competitor activities
- Prepare and submit operational and administrative reports
- Coordinate with team members and territory counterparts
- Perform other official duties assigned by the immediate superior
- Adhere to company values, policies, and ethical standards
Requirements:
- College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course
- With at least 2 years experience as PHR
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good interpersonal skills
- With valid Med Rep PRC
- With valid driver's license
- Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines
