Job Description
Healthcare Consulting Manager directing supply chain management within healthcare consulting. Streamlining procurement and inventory processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead initiatives to streamline procurement, inventory management, and distribution processes
- Direct oversight and optimization of clinical supply categories
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, forecast demand, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage complex multi-workstream performance improvement projects or multiple concurrent client engagements
- Mentor junior staff on the engagement team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 6-8 years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willingness and ability to travel every week up to 80%
- Direct Supervisory Experience Preferred
- Ability to collaborate with team members and client counterparts
