Job Description
Logistics Coordinator managing domestic and international freight operations. Ensuring efficient movement of goods, coordinating with warehouse and supply chain teams, and serving as main contact for stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ocean containers, domestic LTL/TL, and international air freight.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for incoming shipments.
- Handle customs clearance and broker relations.
- Resolve shipment delays and documentation issues.
- Generate cost reports and track logistics data in Odoo ERP/Excel.
- Support future supply chain optimization projects.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and spreadsheets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and coordinate remote/onsite teams.
