Job Description

Logistics Coordinator managing domestic and international freight operations. Ensuring efficient movement of goods, coordinating with warehouse and supply chain teams, and serving as main contact for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ocean containers, domestic LTL/TL, and international air freight.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for incoming shipments.
  • Handle customs clearance and broker relations.
  • Resolve shipment delays and documentation issues.
  • Generate cost reports and track logistics data in Odoo ERP/Excel.
  • Support future supply chain optimization projects.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) and spreadsheets.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and coordinate remote/onsite teams.
