Job Description
Associate Clinical Supply Chain Manager at IQVIA, overseeing clinical supply chain strategy for trials. Collaborating with teams for supply delivery, forecasting, and compliance in clinical research.
Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end clinical supply chain strategy for new clinical trials
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners for on-time delivery of supplies
- Maintain demand forecasts and packaging plans for clinical supplies
- Initiate packaging campaigns with assigned vendors and provide oversight
- Monitor and update study assigned Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems
- Provide ongoing budget tracking activities for efficient project run
- Maintain 100% compliance on all assigned training
- Stay updated on GxP and regulatory requirements
- Lead client and vendor related meetings for Clinical Supply Chain topics
- Provide administration support to the Clinical Trial Supplies team
- Manage the review and assessment process of Temperature Excursions
- Conduct regular risk management assessments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher-level degree in a science or business function
- 1-2 Years related industry experience in Clinical Trials
- At least 1 Year related experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management (Supply Chain, Packaging, Distribution or IRT functions)
- Working experience with the IRT (Interactive Response Technology) system
- Ability to demonstrate good project management skills
- Ability to create effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Proficient in the English language.
