Job Description
Global Service Operations role managing service logistics and planning for Avnet. Required to improve the customer experience through service planning and logistics management in India.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customers solutions including revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Drive implementation of corporate strategies
- Analyze customer's business strategies
- Manage order fulfillment for program accounts
- Negotiate contract changes
- Drive process improvements with partners
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Global account management
- Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- 5+ years in service supply chain
- 3+ years in hardware service operations
- Experience with parts planning software
