Job Description

Global Service Operations role managing service logistics and planning for Avnet. Required to improve the customer experience through service planning and logistics management in India.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customers solutions including revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Drive implementation of corporate strategies
  • Analyze customer's business strategies
  • Manage order fulfillment for program accounts
  • Negotiate contract changes
  • Drive process improvements with partners

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Global account management
  • Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of ERP systems
  • 5+ years in service supply chain
  • 3+ years in hardware service operations
  • Experience with parts planning software
