Job Description

Senior Director of Supply Chain & Procurement at Illumia overseeing supply chain from demand planning to delivery. Driving integration and transformation of supply chain functions in a pivotal operational unification.

Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Illumia's supply chain from demand planning through final delivery and reverse logistics
  • Ownership of Illumia's direct and indirect procurement.
  • Supply chain is a critical link in that chain
  • Illumia's supply chain currently operates across disconnected legacy systems, with critical data scattered across D365, FinOps, Jira, and manual spreadsheets
  • Building and leading a high-performing, globally distributed supply chain team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred)
  • Professional certifications: CPM, CPSM, CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, CSCMP, or SCOR
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain and/or procurement, with direct accountability for cross-functional operational outcomes
  • Experience managing direct and indirect spend, hardware ecosystems, and OEM/vendor relationships
  • Demonstrated success leading supply chain integration or transformation in a post-merger or high-growth environment
  • ERP proficiency, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
  • Strong analytical skills — able to build and use data to diagnose problems, measure progress, and make decisions
  • Proven ability to influence across functions and levels without direct authority
  • Experience deploying AI or automation tools within supply chain operations
  • Background in software or technology companies with both hardware and software product lines.
