Job Description
Business Expert in supply chain, procurement & logistics aiding AI development at xAI. Collaborate on data labeling and enhance AI training datasets.
Responsibilities:
- Work on supply chain, procurement, and logistics problems from real-world business scenarios that align with your expertise, providing accurate solutions, detailed annotations, and model critiques where you can confidently evaluate responses (e.g., strategic sourcing decisions, inventory optimization, logistics network design, supplier risk assessments, and trade compliance scenarios).
- Utilize proprietary software to provide accurate input and labels to deliver high-quality data.
- Collaborate with technical staff to improve the design of efficient annotation tools.
- Interpret, analyze, and execute tasks based on evolving instructions, maintaining precision and adaptability.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of practical supply chain, procurement, or logistics experience
- Proficiency in procurement and supply chain systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, Kinaxis, or Blue Yonder) and advanced Excel for cost modeling
- Strong judgment in evaluating supplier negotiations, risk scenarios, and logistics trade-offs
- Ability to navigate supply chain resources
- Proficiency in reading and writing informal and professional English
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Excellent reading comprehension and ability to exercise autonomous judgment with limited data
- Passion for technological advancements and innovation in business.
