Job Description
Senior Director driving business transformation in healthcare consulting at Huron. Architecting solutions, ensuring client engagement success, and cultivating business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Architect leading-edge solutions for clients
- Drive new business opportunities and participate in negotiations
- Ensure success of client engagements and cultivate continued areas of opportunity
- Model and instill Huron values in project teams and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 10+ years of consulting and/or healthcare operations experience
- 10+ years of relevant experience working across multiple healthcare business services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience driving business value with ERP platforms
- Ability to support business development for healthcare clients
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in building strong executive-level relationships
- Large team leadership experience with performance management
