Job Description
Healthcare Recruiter for U.S. healthcare company managing recruitment cycles for professionals. Engaging candidates for clinical and administrative roles while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and selection).
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for clinical and administrative roles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up on the hiring process with department leaders.
- Negotiate job offers and support the onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter (mandatory).
- Experience in the U.S. market (preferred).
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and applicable labor laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and meet objectives.
- Advanced English level (mandatory).
- Proficiency with digital recruitment tools and job platforms.
- Results-oriented, organized, and empathetic when dealing with candidates and internal clients.
