Job Description

Home Concierge Specialist engaging customers, helping them navigate real estate decisions remotely. Requires experience in sales and customer service with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Dial up to 80 calls daily with customers expecting communication from Clever
  • Educate home buyers and sellers on Clever’s process
  • Discover customer needs, provide guidance, answer questions about Clever’s services
  • Collect and verify key customer details for accurate data transfer
  • Collaborate with internal team members for smooth handoffs
  • Follow up with customers to confirm needs are met by agents
  • Deliver a 5-star, world-class experience for every customer

Requirements:

  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a call-center environment
  • Comfort in a remote support environment with high call volume
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to maintain a set work schedule
  • Growth mindset – eager to learn and improve
  • Ability to multi-task while having robust conversations with customers
