Job Description
HR Generalist responsible for managing People Operations and employee experience for UJV's remote team. Ensuring team support, data accuracy, and global connectivity.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the internal expert for our HRIS (Rippling)
- Manage benefit elections, 401k adjustments, and ensure employee data accuracy
- Serve as the second reviewer for payroll and own the quarterly audit process
- Handle employment verifications and general team inquiries regarding Rippling and company policies
- Partner with Talent Manager to keep the hiring engine moving
- Own the end-to-end new hire experience and manage our Learning Management System
- Ensure managers are hitting their 1:1 and goal-setting rhythms
- Own the 'Daily Stand-Up' and keep the global team informed
- Design and lead high-energy virtual gatherings and coordinate in-person gatherings
Requirements:
- 3+ years in HR Generalist or People Ops roles
- Previous experience working in a fully remote environment, preferably for a US-based company
- Flawless English (written and verbal)
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Rippling experience is a significant plus
- Understand how to use AI as a tool to improve efficiency
- Proven track record of handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
