Job Description

Project Manager managing initiatives for DraftKings' People Team. Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and deliver complex HR projects effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define priorities, shape scope, and establish ownership
  • Bring structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives by shaping plans and identifying risks
  • Provide clear, consistent updates on status, risks, and next steps
  • Lead cross-functional coordination by connecting teams and surfacing gaps
  • Work with team members to identify, define, and document best practices

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of project management experience supporting Human Resources or the People function
  • Customer-centric focus for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with a focus on driving alignment
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Expertise in scoping initiatives and developing structured project plans
  • Proactive approach, turning ideas into action
